Choose your prefered way for easy mobility in Cyprus

On the sunny island of Cyprus, it is important to note that traffic drives on the left—whether you are driving a rental car, taking a taxi transfer, or using the public bus system!

you need

You may find five car rental companies operating at Larnaca (and Paphos) International Airports, whose offices can be found in the arrivals, after exiting the Baggage Reclaim area.

Tip: All rental contracts state that the vehicle is not insured for a visit to the Turkish part of the island. This can be rectified by taking out additional daily insurance at the border. And if you do make any purchases - always take the receipts with you and show them at the border!

Tip: Grab your MotionCard direct after your arrival at the airport. After leaving customs control, turn right immediately, go up to the escalator and you will find the information desk there. Simply top up your credit with 10 EUR and take the 425 bus directly to Larnaca Station (Finikoudes). The MotionCard can be registered in the app and topped up for further journeys by credit card.
